We are currently seeking a director to take over a child care centre in the heart of Kelso, minutes away from the center of Bathurst.
  
  
The centre provides a warm and welcoming environment for the children and their families.
  
The staff is a vibrant mix of newly graduated and more experienced staff.
  
  
As centre director your role would include overseeing the centre on a day to day basis; staff management; handling parent enquiries and building relationships; overseeing planning and programming; policies and procedures; as well as OH&S. You would be strongly supported by the administration team, who look after  the fees, enrolments and additional paperwork.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold their completed Early Childhood Teaching degree
• Be experienced in a centre director role
• Be looking to commit to a role long term
• Have the ability to lead and manage a team of staff
• Be confident dealing with vulnerable families on a day to day basis
• Meet the requirements of a DoCS approved AUthorised Supervisor
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the EYLF
• Have a genuine passion and dedication for working with young children
